Marilyn Manson’s 50th birthday party looked pretty awesome

Happy Birthday, God Of Fuck.

Footage and photos have emerged from Marilyn Manson‘s 50th birthday party, including the moment that he received his cake and was serenaded by his friends.

The ‘God Of Fuck’ celebrated five decades of life on Saturday January 5, with a party at Madame Siam in Los Angeles. Taking to Instagram, the metal icon shared photos of himself with guests Courtney Love, Yeah Yeah Yeahs‘ Karen O, KoRn‘s Jonathan Davis, singer and Youtube sensation Poppy and Yoshiki of X Japan.

A drinks menu  from the event has also been posted online, showing that guests had a choice between Absolute Elyx vodka, Avion Tequila Blanco, Smooth Ambler Whiskey, G.H. Mumm Champagne, and a number of other beer and wine selections.

However, the most touching moment shared is this footage of his close ones serenading him with a rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’. Check out footage and photos below.

In an interview with NME last year, Poppy said:  “I would really love to work with Max Martin. Also Walt Disney and Marilyn Manson. He’s just a legend. ”

She continued: “I’ve talked to him before. He said that he likes my videos and then I said that I like his art. I met him on Twitter too. I tend to meet everyone on Twitter, but poor Twitter. Twitter doesn’t seem to be doing so well right now.”

Earlier this year, Manson excited fans with a post that appeared to tease much activity to come in 2019.
