The United States and France to Reinforce their Counter-Terrorism Cooperation

The two countries have signed an agreement in Washington to coordinate their special forces in the fight against jihadist Groups. The French Defense Minister, Florence Parly, and her U.S. counterpart, Lloyd Austin, have agreed to intensify cooperation between France and the United States on counter-terrorism. Through this pact, the two countries’ special forces will work together to combat jihadism.
