Eminem has left fans confused after seemingly rapping about sex with sheep on a new guest spot.
The rap icon appears on Boogie’s ‘Rainy Days’ and uses his guest spot to hit back at the critics who argued that ‘Kamikaze‘ was at risk of compromising his legacy.
But in doing so, there’s some unexpected imagery too.
“I left my legacy hurt? Fuckin’ absurd. Like a shepherd havin’ sex with his sheep, fuck what you heard,” Eminem raps on the track.
Although it seems that Eminem is trying to argue that both notions are equally unlikely, it’s left a lot of people scratching their heads.
“Please be advised that Eminem shows up on the Boogie album and says “like a shepherd having sex with his sheep, fuck what you heard”, wrote Stereogum’s Tom Breihan.

“like a shepherd having sex with his sheep, fuck what you herd”
Why is Eminem still rapping?

10 years ago if you had told me that Eminem's most popular lyric in 2019 would be about having sex with sheep…
I would believe you

I've never been the same ever since I heard Eminem say "like a Shepherd having sex with his sheep, funk what you heard"

Another asked: “Why is Eminem still rapping?”
But amid the criticism, there was also some attempts to explain the line’s true meaning.
“Eminem creates an absurd scenario of a shepherd having sex with the sheep of his herd. “Herd” is a homophone for “heard” so he’s making a joke about bestiality while outlining the absurdity of the comments that were made about his legacy. Y’all just too dumb to understand,” explained one user.

Another fan said: “Eminem always starts shit off with weird and absurd bars and I’m here for it.”
Meanwhile, Eminem recently debuted the trailer for ‘Marshall from Detroit’, a VR documentary that lets you see his hometown through the rapper’s own eyes.
